Loaded Sweet Potato Fries


Sweet potato fries
1.5 pounds turkey ground
Mrs Dash extra spicy
Tomato paste
Red kidney beans
Green onions
Light source cream

How to:

Bottom layer:

Sweet potato fries... for this time, I bought a bag of pre cut fries, with sea salt. This made it quick and easy. Next time I would like to have a French Fry cutter, and make my own fries! Lay fries flat on a baking sheet and cook at 425 for 20-25 minutes, flip over half way through to get everything crisp! 

Turkey Fixings: 

Brown a 1.5 lbs ground turkey package, season with pepper while browning. Add 1/2 cup favorite salsa (or to taste really). Sprinkle Mrs dash -- extra spicy flavor -- to taste, 1 small can of tomato paste and 1 can of no sodium added Red kidney beans

Top with: 
Green onions
Light source cream

I'm actually going to do this.

A lot of life has happened to me over the past year. Starting in September, I decided I wanted to make a change. I wanted to get to that next level of my dream body. I sort of wanted to do a bikini competition, because that's what everyone does. But I am not ready for all of that. AKA neither is my husband ;) So I set up a photo shoot.
